At Farm - School, we strive to provide high-quality online and offline courses, as well as live streaming sessions. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the course has not been fully accessed or completed.
• No refunds will be issued once a course has been accessed beyond 20% of its content.
• For live classes, refunds are available only if requested at least 24 hours before the session start time.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed or fully accessed online courses.
• Missed live streaming classes due to personal reasons.
• Offline courses once attended.

4. Technical Issues

If you face technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work to resolve the issue or, if unresolved, provide a full refund.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
