These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Farm - School ("we", "our", or "us"), including enrollment in courses, online and offline classes, and live streaming. By purchasing or accessing our courses, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enroll in our courses. For students under 18, parental or guardian consent may be required.

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment in a course is complete only after payment is received and confirmed. Access to online/offline classes or live streaming will be granted based on the selected course package.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made using valid payment methods. Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in our refund policy or required by law. In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund for the course fee.

4. Course Access & License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials solely for personal learning. Access duration depends on the course type (live class, recorded session, or offline program).

5. Usage Restrictions

You must not share login credentials or allow others to access your account.
Course materials must not be reproduced, distributed, or resold.
Recording live sessions without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Live Streaming

We strive to provide uninterrupted live sessions. However, technical issues may occur. We are not responsible for disruptions due to internet issues on the user’s side.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and an alternative session or refund will be provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, notes, and presentations, are owned by Farm - School. You may use them only for personal educational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of our courses, including technical issues, missed classes, or personal outcomes of applying the knowledge gained.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
